Terms and Conditions
- Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be received unwashed, unworn, free of odor/pet hair and with all original tags still attached.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Willow Lane is not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
- Items NOT eligible for return include: Sale/Clearance Items, jewelry, undergarments including bras, socks, scarves, hats, hair accessories.
- If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Hello@shopwillowlane.net
- Due to the fast-moving pace of our limited inventory we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchange will be in-stock. We will work with you on a case-to-case basis.
