Shipping & Returns
- Standard Shipping on all orders is $3.99, and $7.99 for fashion hats. (Continental US only). A tracking number will be sent to the email provided by you during check out.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI is determined by the items weight and dimensions.
- The customer will have options to upgrade shipping at their expense during check out if faster shipping is needed.
To return or exchange your item, please follow the steps below.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day the item was delivered.
- Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached to be eligible for a return/exchange. If your item does not meet these criteria, you will not receive a refund and will have to pay shipping again if you want the item back.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns.
- If you have received free shipping, this amount will be deducted from your refund only in the case of a return.
- Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- To ensure you receive your refund double check that your return has the following : no makeup marks, is in new condition, original tags attached (if applicable), original packing is used in the return, is returned within 30 days of purchase.
We cannot guarantee the size needed for your exchange will be available due to the fast moving pace of our inventory.
- Return shipping labels: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return shipping labels can be created for you, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. To expedite your return we would recommend emailing us your tracking information once your package has been sent. This is not required but may speed up your return or exchange process.
- If you are requesting an exchange, as mentioned above you are responsible for charges in shipping the original item back to Willow Lane. However, we will ship your new item free of charge to you the first time.

- Shipping rates out of the United States will be determined by the exact weight of the item.
- The buyer is responsible for customs charges and additional taxes.
Where do we ship to?
- United States, Puerto Rico, USVI, Canada, and Mexico.
- Packages under 1 lb will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping methods for packages over 1 lb will be shipped at the seller’s discretion. Please allow 4-9 business days for delivery.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing shipments. Excluding holidays and weekends.
