We are also seeing carrier shipping delays in areas of high infection rates of Covid - 19.

Continental US Standard Shipping Rates:
- A tracking number will be sent to the email provided by the customer.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI is determined by the items weight and dimensions.
- The customer will have options to upgrade shipping at their expense during check out if faster shipping is needed.
- Shipping rates outside of the United States will be determined by the exact weight and dimensions of the package.
- You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
Where do we ship to?
- United States, Puerto Rico, USVI, Canada, Mexico, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Methods in the United States:
- Packages under 1 lb will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping methods for packages over 1 lb will be shipped at the seller’s discretion. Please allow 4-9 business days for delivery.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing shipments. Excluding holidays and weekends. If you need an item by a certain date, and need to know the ship time feel free to reach out via email or phone.
Where will items ship from?
- We are located in Nevada with several warehouses in the USA and items ship from within the USA.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We will do everything we can to assist in filling lost or missing package inquiries with the responsible carrier. We appreciate your patience during this tedious process. Delayed packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for items "Return to Sender". Please double check your shipping address. If you need a package sent by a specific mail carrier please contact us prior to purchasing to verify we can accommodate. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if we are aware in advance. If an item comes back to us return to sender you will be charged to have the item shipped again or 10% restocking fee.
